Veterans UK annual customer satisfaction survey
As you may be aware, Veterans UK (part of Defence Business Services) runs an annual customer satisfaction survey. The survey is for our customers who are still serving and, of course, those who are veterans. We would like to reach as many individuals from the Veterans community as possible, so that we can gain a good understanding of what our customers think about what we do, and how we can do things better.
We have published messages and a link to the online survey via our GOV.UK Veterans UK pages, via our social media accounts and as a message in the footer of the emails we send to our customers.
I would be really grateful if you are able to share the message and the link on your respective websites so that we can extend the reach of the survey, and increase engagement. If you are able to post on social media accounts too, that would be greatly appreciated.

The on-line survey is for both Serving Personnel and Veterans to give their views and feedback on the service they have received, and to help them understand, from the people who use their services, how they can do better.
