Fly Navy Federation
The Fly Navy Federation is an alliance of FAA associations. Representatives of the associations meet three times a year. All the associations share a common interest in Naval Aviation and co-operate on projects of mutual interest. The establishment of a FAA memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum was a Federation collaboration.
All the associations in the Federation march together at The Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday and then gather at the FAA memorial on the Victoria Embankment for a further act of remembrance.

Tangmere Aviation Museum

Aged Veterans Counselling Service

849 Squadron Memorial at Culdrose
At 04.25 22nd March 2003 two Royal Navy Sea King Mk7 helicopters from A Flight of 849 Naval Air Squadron operating from HMS Ark Royal during Operation Telic, liberating Iraq. There were no survivors. This site is dedicated to their memory of the men who died.

The Air League
The Mission of the Air League is to generate national understanding of the importance to the UK of aviation and aerospace, and to excite the interest of young people in these areas by helping them to become involved.

Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators

Spirit of Remembrance
In 1984 the British Government sponsored the Grant-in-Aid scheme to enable War Widows and Widowers to visit their husband or wife's grave or memorial overseas, if they had not previously visited at the public's expense. This grant refers to those who lost their spouse overseas between 1914 and 1967 after which they were repatriated. The Government pays the full travel costs for the eligible Widows and Widowers.
