Commando Pilots and Commando Aircrewmen receive their Wings

846 NAS has held a Wings Parade for successful graduates on the Commando 3 Merlin MK4 Course. Presenting the Wings and certificates was Rear Admiral Steve Moorhouse CBE, Director Force Generation and Rear Admiral Fleet Air Arm, whilst families and friends of the twelve graduates proudly looked on.

 

The graduates now join the Commando Helicopter Force’s front line operational Squadrons to begin their professionalJunglie careers. It will take them to the Arctic, deserts and jungles in addition to the maritime environment worldwide for which they are uniquely trained.
