To celebrate and commemorate almost 40 years of distinguished service, the Type 42 'End of an Era' Dinner will be held on 3rd October 2013 at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
An exclusive invitation is extended to everyone who has served in a Type 42 Destroyer, whether they are still members of the Royal Navy or are now retired.
By kind permission of the Second Sea Lord the Old Royal Naval College’s famous Painted Hall will host a dinner with music courtesy of Her Majesty's Royal Marine Band Service.
