This is the story of an amazing aircraft that has served in every naval theatre of operations over the last forty years but not always received the praise it deserved, (particularly during the Falklands and Gulf Wars). The book is a complete history of the naval variants of the aircraft and its operational success, told primarily by the people who flew and maintained it. Due out in March 2017 when the last Lynx is retired it includes forewords by HRH Prince Andrew and the previous First Sea Lord, George Zambellas, both distinguished Lynx pilots.
